3. Strategy Sessions
Scheduling or participating in a Revenue Infrastructure Strategy Session does not create a client, partnership, fiduciary, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Apex.
A Strategy Session is intended to help evaluate your current revenue operation, identify potential operational gaps, and determine whether Apex services may be appropriate.
Apex reserves the right to determine whether a prospective engagement is an appropriate fit.
4. Client Engagements
Any paid services provided by Apex are subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, order form, or other written engagement terms accepted by Apex and the client.
If these Terms conflict with an executed client agreement concerning paid services, the executed client agreement will control with respect to those services.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including text, branding, graphics, designs, diagrams, page layouts, software-related materials, documentation, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Apex and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. References to the Pest Control Revenue OS, Revenue Command Center, frameworks, processes, or methodologies do not claim exclusive rights beyond those available under applicable law.
You may view and use website content for your own internal informational purposes.
